2010 EPA Regulations for Maintenance Staff & Contractors
There are new laws going into effect in 2010 that will require that your maintenance staff get certified in lead safe work practices, if you manage a property that pre-dates 1978. The attached Power Point Document was presented by Gene Burch of RTK Environmental at the June 2009 Chapter Meeting.
